Euromos – Milas, Muğla
Euromos was an important city in the Caria region. Nestled among olive trees, the city is known for hosting one of the best-preserved temples in Anatolia.
Highlights:
- Temple of Zeus Lepsynos: Built in the 2nd century AD during the reign of Emperor Hadrian. 16 of its columns are still standing, some bearing the names of donors. It is the city's most magnificent structure.
- Theatre: Although not fully excavated, seating rows are visible.
- Agora and Walls: Other ruins of the city.
