Cyaneae – Demre, Antalya
Cyaneae is a Lycian city located on a steep hill near Yavu Village in Demre. Its name means "Dark Blue" (Lapis Lazuli color).
The most striking feature of the city is that it has the highest number of sarcophagi in the Lycian region. Hundreds of sarcophagi are scattered across the rocky terrain.
